I accidentally stumbled into Andrew Bird's show at a music festival at Conway Hall in London. It was a fairy-tale moment for me.. if slightly disorientating. He was alone on stage whistling and looping some seemingly random sounds, and I wondered what exactly it was that i was watching. Soon the noise grew to become beautiful and enormous. It was spellbinding. ng
