THE WHITE STRIPES - GALLERY

The White Stripes filmed at BBC Maida Vale.. a beautiful historical recording studio which I understand won't be there for very much longer. On the wall is a brass plaque proclaiming it to be the venue for the last recording of Bing Crosby.
This performance along with Thom solo and Keiran and Steve Reid made up our original pilot for the show.. It's really thanks to these people that we were able to get this project off the ground in the first place.
I feel particularly grateful to Jack as he was someone who I didn't know that well, yet he totally understood the idea and got behind it.. The results were so encouraging to us that it kept us to pushing the thing forward even when it's seemed like an impossible uphill battle. Thank you Jack and Meg. The performance speaks for itself. ng
